2009 Labrador Club of the Potomac - First Place American Bred Black under David Craig:
A lovely, typical dog shown in most lovely condition, really admired his head with correct eye shape, colour and length of muzzle, good front and feet, correct bone, strong topline, well angulated hinquarters and really good coat and tail, one to be proud of.

Sweepstake Critique by Gerie Mines (Iroquois LRC)- "Lovely front, nice head, proper coat texture, nice turn of stifle, was in perfect weight and condition. His excellent movement was deciding factor in awarding him BOSS.

Sweepstakes Judge JSLRC Thomas Flaherty wrote: What a nice boy. This black boy is just one piece, so well constructed and just plain put together. His head is clean and chiseled with lovely, kind eyes and sweet expression. Long, lovely neck flowing into well laid back shoulders and good upper arm, good brisket and depth of chest. Nice solid topline, tailset and level underline giving him one beautiful outline. Decent substance and bone without being overdone, nice short hocks and nice tight feet. I would have liked to see just a bit more coat but what he had was of correct texture and he still had undercoat. Very nice mover and showman. A bright future awaits this young dog for sure. It was a pleasure to award him BOS Sweepstakes.
